Every garden large or small has the potential to become a beautiful oasis. A designer can plan your garden to utilise the whole space incorporating the house and surrounding features into the plan to maximise the full potential.

As a highly qualified and experienced garden designer I can create the garden of your dreams. I will listen to your ideas and take into account your own personal tastes to produce a plan that is tailor-made to suit your individual requirements. Costly mistakes, which might be made without the benefit of a professionally structured plan, will be eliminated.

At your request I will visit you at home and together we will explore the potential of your garden. I’ll discuss my ideas with you and if they are to your liking I’ll put together a brief and a quotation for the garden layout and the planting plan.

If this is acceptable I will then take photographs and measure all existing buildings, boundaries and features. I will also carry out tests to ascertain the soil quality for planting.

The next step is for me to produce an outline plan for you. At this stage you will be able to make changes or add features. Following this I will draw up a final scaled colour plan which will illustrate landscaping and basic planting suggestions. Plants introduce the elements of colour, scent and texture, softening the hard structure of your garden. Therefore, the planting plan is very important.

All fees are either agreed in advance or based on an hourly rate. Each garden is individually quoted according to the design, not the size of the garden.
